Dheeraj Footwear is a footwear retail shop at Mini Market, Narayangaon, Dist. Pune, Maharashtra 410504, run by Dheeraj Gopal Chavan. This website is our online store. When this policy says "we", it means that shop.

What we collect

• Your name, phone number and delivery address — we cannot send a parcel without them.
• Your email address, if you give it, so we can send order confirmations and reply to enquiries.
• Your order history, sizes and colours ordered, so we can help with exchanges and recommend the right size next time.
• Your password, stored only as a one-way hash if you create an account. We cannot read it and neither can anyone else.
• Basic technical information your browser sends — device type, approximate location from your IP, and which pages you viewed — used to keep the site working and fast.

What we do not collect

We never see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials. Online payments are handled entirely on the payment gateway's own secure page; we only receive a success or failure result and a reference number.

We do not ask for your Aadhaar, PAN, date of birth or any government ID to place an order.

Why we use it

• To pack, ship and deliver your order, and to hand your address to the courier.
• To send order updates on WhatsApp and email — confirmation, dispatch, tracking link, delivery.
• To handle exchanges, returns and refunds.
• To answer your calls and messages about an order.
• To keep basic sales records, as required for accounting and tax.

Who we share it with

Only the people who need it to get your parcel to you or your payment to us:

• Courier partners such as Shiprocket and Delhivery — name, address, phone number and, for COD orders, the amount to collect.
• Our payment gateway, which processes the transaction on its own systems.
• Our hosting and database provider, which stores the site and order records.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent or trade your phone number, address or email to anyone. We do not hand your details to advertisers or list brokers. If you get a marketing call claiming to be from us about something other than your own order, it did not come from our records.

Messages you can switch off

Order-related messages — confirmation, dispatch, tracking, delivery — are part of the service and are sent for every order. Occasional offer messages about new stock or wedding-season collections are optional: reply STOP to any of them, or tell us on a call, and we will remove your number from that list within a day.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept as long as accounting and tax rules require. Account details are kept while your account is open. Enquiry messages are kept for about a year, so we have context if you write again.

Cookies and third-party tools

We use a small number of cookies and browser storage keys to remember your cart and keep you logged in. These are functional, not advertising cookies.

The site offers Google Translate for regional languages and Google Maps for our shop location. When you use those, Google receives the request directly and applies its own privacy policy. Clearing your browser data removes anything stored locally by our site.

Your choices

• Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you.
• Ask us to correct a wrong name, phone number or address.
• Ask us to delete your account and personal details — we will, keeping only the invoice records the law requires us to retain.
• Ask us to stop sending offer messages.

Children

We sell kids footwear, but the account and the order belong to an adult. This website is not intended for use by children on their own, and we do not knowingly collect information directly from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
